Reserve room for preparation, notes or cleanup around a service.

Availability

Buffer Time is included in paid plans. Decide how much surrounding work the service needs before configuring it.

Choose a practical gap

  1. Review what happens immediately before and after the appointment.
  2. Configure the buffer controls available for your service.
  3. Save, then make a test booking.
  4. Check the next available time and the edge of the staff member’s working day.

Understand the tradeoff

Larger gaps leave fewer appointment opportunities inside the same working hours. A fixed buffer also does not calculate travel routes or changing traffic conditions.

Recheck when services change

If a service becomes longer or requires more preparation, revisit its duration and buffer together. Test the customer view again after any change.

Check the current plans for feature availability and monthly appointment capacity. Unlimited staff and services do not mean unlimited appointments.
