1. Who we are and what this policy covers
Accurate Scheduler is based in India. This policy covers accuratescheduler.com and our scheduling service at app.accuratescheduler.com. You can contact us at info@accuratescheduler.com.
When a business uses Accurate Scheduler to accept appointments, that business decides what booking information to collect and how to use it. Its own privacy notice applies to its services and customer relationship. Contact the business directly about an appointment or how it uses your information; contact us about the platform or our website.
2. Information we handle
- Website enquiries: your name, email address, company if provided, enquiry topic and message when you use our contact form.
- Account and workspace information: information provided to create and operate an account, business details, staff profiles, services and scheduling settings.
- Booking information: customer contact details, selected services, staff, appointment dates and times, extras, quantities, notes and any custom fields enabled by the booking business.
- Payment records: booking amounts, payment method and transaction or refund status. Payment providers handle information entered into their payment interfaces under their own policies.
- Technical information: connection and request information such as IP address, browser details and server logs needed to operate and troubleshoot the website and service.
Please avoid including passwords, card details or sensitive medical information in enquiry messages or booking notes. A clinic using scheduling software is responsible for deciding what information is appropriate to request.
3. How information is used
Information is used to provide accounts and booking workflows, maintain availability, support staff and customer panels, process configured payments, send configured booking notifications, answer enquiries, investigate errors and protect the service from misuse. Optional integrations use information necessary for the features you enable.
Where applicable law requires a legal basis, the relevant basis depends on the activity: providing a requested service, complying with legal obligations, operating and protecting the service, or consent for optional uses such as analytics. A booking business is responsible for the notices and permissions required for its own customer communications.
4. Providers, integrations and international processing
Information may be handled by service providers involved in hosting, email delivery, support or payment processing. Staff members with access to a workspace can access booking information according to the service’s available account controls.
When enabled, integrations can send relevant information to Google Calendar, Google Meet, Zoom, Stripe, PayPal or Google Analytics. Calendar and meeting integrations require authorization; analytics on a business’s booking page depends on its configuration and the customer’s consent. These providers have their own privacy policies and terms. Disabling an integration does not necessarily remove information already held by that provider.
Our service and third-party providers may process information outside your country. Applicable data-protection requirements continue to apply; ask us about your specific processing or contractual requirements before submitting information subject to special restrictions.
5. Cookies, browser storage and analytics
Websites and applications may use cookies or browser storage for account sessions, preferences and essential functionality. Embedded booking forms and third-party payment or authentication services may use their own storage.
A workspace can connect Google Analytics 4 to its public booking page. When configured, analytics can measure visits and booking events after analytics consent is allowed. You can decline optional analytics using the booking page’s consent controls where provided. Browser controls and blockers may also restrict tracking, but blocking essential storage can affect sign-in or booking.
Our marketing site loads Inter through Google Fonts; requesting fonts establishes a connection with that provider. Check the privacy notice of a business whose website embeds our booking form for any additional analytics it operates.
6. Retention, requests and your choices
Retention depends on the record, the purpose for which it is held, account needs and applicable legal requirements. Contact us for information about a particular record or to request access, correction or deletion. We do not promise a fixed deletion deadline or backup-retention period on this page.
Depending on applicable law, you may have rights concerning access, correction, deletion, consent withdrawal or complaints. We may need to verify your identity and authority before responding. Requests concerning a business’s customer booking records should normally be addressed to that business first. Payment providers may retain records under their own obligations.
The service is intended for businesses and their authorized users. If a child books with a business, the business is responsible for any required parent or guardian involvement. Please contact us if you believe information has been collected inappropriately.
7. Updates and contact
We may update this policy as the service or legal requirements change. The date above identifies the current version. For privacy questions or requests, email info@accuratescheduler.com or use our contact form.
