  1. Check one connection at a time
  2. Share useful support information
  3. Keep credentials private

Use a small, repeatable test to isolate account, configuration and booking problems.

Check one connection at a time

  1. Confirm which provider and business account are connected.
  2. Check the relevant plan feature and the integration’s saved status.
  3. Review service and staff settings for the appointment being tested.
  4. Create a clearly marked test booking and record its date/time and result.
  5. Compare the booking with the provider’s own record.

Share useful support information

  • Provider name and the action that failed
  • Approximate test time and timezone
  • The visible error text, with sensitive values removed
  • Whether the failure affects all bookings or a particular service/staff combination

Keep credentials private

Never send account passwords, client secrets, tokens, full payment details or other customers’ information in a support request. If a credential has been exposed, rotate it with the provider and update the connection.
