1. Secure connections and account access
Use our official HTTPS addresses: accuratescheduler.com and app.accuratescheduler.com. HTTPS protects information in transit between your browser and these endpoints; it does not by itself guarantee the security of every device or third-party system.
Use a strong, unique password where password sign-in is used, protect the email account associated with your login and avoid sharing credentials. Sign out on shared devices. Never send your password, one-time codes, payment details or integration secrets to support.
2. Manage workspace access carefully
Staff accounts and panels support team workflows. Invite only people who need access, review who can operate your workspace and update access when responsibilities change. Do not assume that every role or permission is appropriate for sensitive information; review the controls available in your account.
Keep your devices and browsers updated, protect access to business email and verify unusual requests before changing account or payment settings.
3. Payment gateways and authorized integrations
Stripe and PayPal are supported payment integrations when configured by a business. Use the provider's official payment workflow and follow its account-security guidance. This page does not claim that Accurate Scheduler holds a PCI certification or stores no payment-related information.
Google Calendar, Google Meet and Zoom integrations require the relevant credentials or authorization. Keep client secrets and other credentials private, authorize the intended account and revoke access with the provider if an integration is no longer needed. Booking widget settings include allowed websites; configure those settings for your intended website where appropriate.
4. Minimize the information you collect
Request only the information needed to arrange and deliver an appointment. Avoid asking customers for passwords, card details, identity documents or detailed medical records in general booking notes and custom fields.
Businesses are responsible for their own data-handling requirements. Healthcare and other regulated businesses should assess whether the service and any contractual arrangements meet their requirements before collecting regulated information. No HIPAA compliance, SOC 2 certification or ISO certification is asserted on this page.
For information about data handling and requests, read our Privacy Policy. Ask support about specific backup, retention, export or recovery requirements rather than assuming a published recovery guarantee.
5. Report a vulnerability or suspected incident
Email info@accuratescheduler.com with the subject “Security report”. Include the affected page or feature, when you noticed the issue, a clear description and safe steps to reproduce it. Redact credentials and customer information from attachments.
Do not access another user's records, disrupt the service or publish private data while investigating. Contact us before performing intrusive security testing. Reporting an issue does not authorize testing or create a bug-bounty commitment. We will assess reports; no fixed response or resolution deadline is promised here.
6. Security and procurement questions
If your organization needs evidence of technical controls, hosting arrangements, data location, a data-processing agreement or compliance documentation, contact info@accuratescheduler.com before purchase. We will clarify which information and arrangements are available.
