Understand what is unlimited
Accurate Scheduler offers unlimited staff members and services. Each plan still has a monthly appointment allowance. Use the live pricing page for current limits and prices; this guide intentionally does not repeat values that could change.
Core and advanced features
Free includes online appointment booking, staff shifts and holidays, customer cancellation, Zoom and PayPal. Paid plans add features such as Google Calendar Two-Way Sync, Google Meet, Custom Fields, Buffer Time, Rescheduling, Scheduled Notifications, Stripe, Staff Panel, Group Booking and Multiple Quantity.

- Confirm how your workspace handles usage near its limit before a high-volume period.
The exact counting rules for cancellations, rescheduled appointments and group quantities should be confirmed with support if they affect your plan choice.
