Prepare PayPal for paid appointment services. PayPal Payments is included in Free.

Prepare your provider account

Use the PayPal account intended for the business. Check its eligibility and configuration in PayPal before connecting it to a customer-facing booking flow.

Connect and test

  1. Open the payment settings available in Accurate Scheduler and select PayPal.
  2. Enter only the account details or credentials requested by that integration.
  3. If a test mode is available, use matching sandbox credentials and test accounts.
  4. Save and complete a test booking for a priced service.
  5. Compare the appointment payment status with the corresponding PayPal record.

Before switching to live payments

Confirm the correct business account and live settings. Do not reuse sandbox credentials in live mode. Verify currency, customer-facing terms and your process for payment questions.

If payment fails

Check the provider response and mode first. Share an error description with support, not passwords, secrets or payment-card data. Use PayPal’s official sandbox documentation for provider-specific testing guidance.

See the payment checklist.
