Know the plan difference

Customer Appointment Cancellation and the Customer Panel are included in Free. Rescheduling is included in paid plans.

Help a customer cancel

  1. Direct the customer to their customer appointment area using your actual customer access route.
  2. Ask them to locate the correct appointment and use the cancellation control available to them.
  3. Review the appointment in your workspace to confirm the resulting status.
  4. Handle any payment or refund question under your own policy and payment-provider workflow.

Move an appointment

For paid-plan rescheduling, use the available rescheduling flow and choose a suitable new slot. Confirm the updated staff, date and time. Check meeting information and calendar updates when those providers are connected.

Make the policy visible

Explain your notice periods and contact route before customers book. A cancellation does not automatically establish a refund entitlement or prove that a payment was reversed.

See customer access and payment checks.
