1. About these terms
Accurate Scheduler is based in India and provides a website and online appointment scheduling service. These terms apply to use of accuratescheduler.com and app.accuratescheduler.com. By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you use it for an organization, you must be authorized to act for that organization.
Our Privacy Policy explains information handling. Any separate written agreement or terms explicitly presented for a particular purchase should be read alongside these terms.
2. Accounts and business responsibilities
Provide accurate account and business information, keep sign-in credentials confidential and notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity you authorize in your workspace and for managing staff access.
Each business is responsible for its services, prices, availability, staff assignments, booking policies, customer communications and compliance with applicable laws. Check your settings and test your booking journey before sharing it with customers. Accurate Scheduler is a scheduling tool; it does not provide the professional service booked with a business.
3. Plans, capacity and subscription payments
Features, appointment capacity and customer limits are described on the pricing page and in the application's plan selection. Free has configured limits; paid plans provide additional appointment capacity and features. Do not treat a feature described elsewhere as included in every plan.
For paid purchases, review the amount, currency, billing period, renewal details and payment-provider terms shown before confirming payment. Monthly and annual prices are different billing options; an annual price is not a monthly charge. Payment-processing fees and taxes, where applicable, may be separate from a subscription price.
Before subscribing, confirm any cancellation or refund terms shown in the checkout or contact info@accuratescheduler.com. This page does not promise a refund period, automatic prorated refund or a particular renewal mechanism. Statutory consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded remain unaffected.
4. Appointments and customer payments
A customer's appointment is with the business offering the service. That business sets its cancellation, rescheduling, refund and attendance rules. Customers should contact the business about the service, booking changes or a payment dispute.
Online payment options depend on the business's configured payment gateways. Third-party providers process payments under their own terms. A booking confirmation does not replace a business's service agreement, medical advice, professional judgment or legally required consent.
5. Acceptable use
Do not use the service for unlawful activity, deceptive bookings, spam, harassment, distribution of malicious code or unauthorized collection of personal information. Do not attempt to access another workspace, bypass authentication, disrupt availability or test systems without permission.
Only upload or submit material you have the right to use. You are responsible for obtaining appropriate notices, permissions and consents for customer records, marketing communications and external integrations. We may restrict access where necessary to address misuse, security concerns or legal requirements.
6. Content, integrations and service availability
You retain rights in content you provide. Using the service permits Accurate Scheduler to handle that content as needed to deliver the requested functionality. Accurate Scheduler branding, software and website materials are not transferred to you by creating an account.
Third-party integrations are optional and depend on their providers' availability, authorization and terms. You are responsible for maintaining the accounts and permissions they require. Provider changes can affect integration behavior.
We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation, a specific uptime percentage, or that every integration is suitable for every use case. Maintain the records you need for your business and contact support about access or export needs before closing an account. Nothing in these terms removes rights or liabilities that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.
7. Changes, applicable law and contact
We may update these terms as the service changes. Review the date above and any applicable purchase terms. These terms are governed by the applicable laws of India, subject to mandatory protections and rights that apply to you. No exclusive court jurisdiction or mandatory arbitration provision is specified here.
