  1. Set working hours
  2. Check the boundaries
  3. If the expected time is missing
  4. Plan availability separately from capacity

Keep bookable time aligned with the hours your staff actually work.

Set working hours

  1. Open Agents, select the relevant staff member and review their working-hours controls.
  2. Enter the working days and time ranges supported by the editor.
  3. Save the schedule.
  4. Test at least one working day and one non-working day in the customer booking flow.

Check the boundaries

Try an appointment near opening and closing time. The full service duration must fit the intended working period. Review preparation time and any connected-calendar commitments as well.

If the expected time is missing

  • Confirm that the staff member is active and assigned to the service.
  • Review the shift for that day.
  • Check holidays or special days.
  • Check service duration, configured buffers and calendar connections.

Plan availability separately from capacity

Working hours determine when the team can deliver an appointment. The plan’s monthly allowance determines booking capacity. Both need to fit your operation.

See holidays and buffer time.
