Troubleshoot an integration
Updated October 10, 2026 · 1 min read
Use a small, repeatable test to isolate account, configuration and booking problems.
Check one connection at a time
- Confirm which provider and business account are connected.
- Check the relevant plan feature and the integration’s saved status.
- Review service and staff settings for the appointment being tested.
- Create a clearly marked test booking and record its date/time and result.
- Compare the booking with the provider’s own record.
Share useful support information
- Provider name and the action that failed
- Approximate test time and timezone
- The visible error text, with sensitive values removed
- Whether the failure affects all bookings or a particular service/staff combination
Keep credentials private
Never send account passwords, client secrets, tokens, full payment details or other customers’ information in a support request. If a credential has been exposed, rotate it with the provider and update the connection.
