  1. Start with the Google connection
  2. Configure and test the service
  3. When no meeting information appears

Prepare online appointments using the Google Meet feature included in paid plans.

Start with the Google connection

Review Google Calendar integration and the Google account connected to your workspace. Google Calendar sync and Google Meet are distinct features; do not assume enabling one completes every setting for the other.

Configure and test the service

  1. Open the service or integration controls available for Google Meet in your workspace.
  2. Enable the supported meeting option for the intended appointment workflow.
  3. Make a new test booking.
  4. Review the meeting information attached to the appointment and verify that the intended participant can find it.
  5. Check any configured notification using a real received message.

When no meeting information appears

Confirm the paid-plan feature, connected Google account and relevant service settings. Review any available integration error and ask support if the expected controls are not present. Do not manually invent a meeting URL or a notification placeholder.

Check the current plans for feature availability and monthly appointment capacity. Unlimited staff and services do not mean unlimited appointments.
